Some small businesses often find it challenging to get off the ground or if they are a home business, to move into a dedicated office space. They might build up operations enough to make some profit, but not enough to maintain the rent of a dedicated office. One possible solution for that problem is to rent space at a business incubator. A business incubator generally rents the following 3 types of spaces:

  • Shared space
  • Dedicated desk
  • Private office

Of course each option gradually increases in rent. The shared space has the lowest threshold of entry but there is no dedicated space. Every time you come in, you have to take all your stuff with you when you leave. If you come in when the space is full then you have to wait for someone else to leave. Each time the actual space where you sit down and work could be different. If anyone in the shared space has a phone call, everyone hears it or at least a portion of it (sometimes business incubators have phone booths). There is no privacy and no security for business documents, laptop or electronics.

The office has it’s own door and lock. There is a common room with table and microwave for lunches. There are two conference rooms available that you can use anytime with reservations. Includes internet. Located in San Tan Village above the shops.
